This year we are accepting pre-registrations to make the administration easier and to get a better idea of the estimated entries and costs. We are also offering a discount for entries that are accepted before Friday 17 June, 17:00.

Championship Show 2010 Entries
Our Championship Show will be held on 12 September this year, as usual at the Goldfields Kennel Club grounds in Bedfordview
This year we have a judge from the Netherlands officiating at the show, Mrs G Halff van Boven
Please, consider entering for the show this year. As always we need a minimum of 20 dogs entered and present for us to keep our Championship Show license. However we also need a very good entry for Mrs Halff van Boven. She judges extensively in Europe, where specialist breed clubs have entries from 150-800 dogs. We cannot let Weimaraners in South Africa down!
If you have never showed before, but want to enter, please let us know immediately on info@weimaraner.co.za or by phone on 082 750 3172 or (011) 979-5065. If there is enough interest the committee will hold training sessions.
Then we are also asking members for donations for prizes:
1. Items like caps, bags, T-shirts, etc
2. Adverts in our Catalogue
3. Small cash donations, which we can use to purchase more prizes if necessary.

AGM 2010
In terms of the Constitution:
It shall be competent for any member to request that an item other than a proposal to amend, alter or add to the Constitution, be placed on the Agenda provided that such request is in the hands of the Honorary Secretary no later than 14 days prior to the date of the meeting. No matter which does not appear on the Agenda may be discussed as part of the business of the meeting.
Our Committee is very small and we are appealing to anyone who would be interested in serving on the Committee to contact me immediately at the number or email above.

Refreshments and snacks will be available (compliments of the Weimaraner Klub and the Committee) at the venue. We look forward to seeing you there and having a social chat following closure of the AGM.
